"right when i stpeed out of my house i saw these redish, orange bright lights coming from the west heading east. at first i thought it was fireworks. but then it smoothly floating or whatever. there was 5 at first all going the same direction, then 3 more appears. it was cool"

The UFO Society of the Philippines (UFOSP) is a non-profit organization recently formed to become the first membership-based, formal UFO organization in the Philippines. Its founding was inspired by a clamor for an organization or local group that would represent the deepening interest in this phenomenon by a growing number of Filipinos.

One objective is to encourage Filipinos to freely express and share their thoughts with other level-minded people. Thus, the UFOSP strives to provide a common ground where everyone could discuss the UFO enigma openly without the social stigma.

We are committed to raise the awareness of Filipinos by exploring together the meaning of this phenomena to our lives. Therefore we listen to diverse thoughts and philosophies, and traverse both spiritual and scientific approaches in our quest for answers.

Through the above, the UFOSP aspires to establish an outlook based on our homegrown understanding and belief, not by chiefly echoing foreign perspectives, because we seriously consider UFO-related matters not merely as a theory grounded on Area 51 but more importantly, as an issue that predates way and far back the time we were recognized in the annals as Filipinos.

Henceforth, we reach out farther to others who share with us this tenet to join, explore and together, we could probably discover our true beginnings.

The officers and members of the UFOSP are steadfast and firm in upholding the aforesaid tenet of the organization.

We was on vacation in Manila (Philippines) and we stayed in a Hotel (Cherry Blossoms Hotel) in Malate,Metro Manila.In the evening of June 27. I looked out of the hotel Window in the 4th floor and saw an Object hovering in the Sky beside of a condominium Building.The object was spinning around while completely still hovering maybe around 100 meter high.It moved after several minutes slowly to the right,then stopped again and moved slowly to the left and flies behind the building.It crossed the whole building and came out on the left side of the building.Then it was flying staight and slow out of our sight.In the pictures and the video it seems not to spin,but when we looked at it while taking pictures its clear to see that it spins around.We are sure,that no Plane,Balloon or Helicopter was at that time in that area.

We were totally exited during and after the event and knew,that it was not normal.We all think that its really a ufo.I hope that our video and the pics can help you to find out more.You can contact us anytime for further Information.We have still more pictures (26 in all)

June 5, 2011, Boracay, Philippines UFO?

UFO 2011 - This strange unknown object was recorded hovering above Boracay in Philippines on Sunday, 5th June 2011 around 9 pm.



Witness report: A UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object, that is what I saw. My personal belief is that this is something extra-terrestrial. I appreciate your comments, positive or negative. If you have seen something similar then please link your video

Please read this description for extra details;


I spotted this in the night sky over Boracay Island in the Phillipines at about 9 pm on June 5th 2011 (about 8 hours ahead of BST). I managed to catch it on my Casio Excilim GPS 14MP HD camera. I got about 25 hi res stills at 10X optical zoom, and a further 25 stills at a total of 27X (the additional 17X coming from digital zoom). I also took some HD footage at different zoom distances, this footage is at 27X. This video shows the last three minutes that the UFO was visable. It was visable for a total of about 25 minutes.


This video is taken from prone position on the beachfront facing South-South-West, with the camera positioned in the sand so that it didnt move. I made a couple of adjustments as the UFO went off screen, but you can see that it isnt totally stationary.


I also took some photos on long exposures (ISO 1200 +) which show multiple lights on the screen due to the exposure length. Colours were mainly blue, green and red individual dots, with a blue, more fuzzy centre. This video only really shows the red lights, with green lights shooting off at about 2:09. I will try to get the HD photo's online shortly.


It was over the water (I reckon APPROX 2000 metres away based on comparitive photo's I took of 30 ft yachts at similar distances). Lots of people on the busy beach saw it and couldnt explain what it was. Several people stopped to take photo's.


One guy on the beach said he had seen something similar about 2 weeks ago. I was eating in a restaurant when I first saw it, and the local waitress that was in the restaurant said it had also appeared last night for half an hour, that time due South.


The lights flashed at different speeds, sometimes about 1 per second, other times much more rapid, at about 5 per second. In this video the UFO mostly stays in frame, but earlier when I was watching it then it also straffed straight to the left and straight to the right and then remained in those positions.


It flashed red, green and blue, and was bright enough to notice in the clear sky among the stars. it was clearly visable by eye. It was at the height of the lowest stars in the sky.


The flashes seem to pulse in all different patterns, out from the centre, towards the centre, from left to right, and in random colour configurations. Most of the time I noticed red flashes surrounding a blue centre, but the photo's I took show a whole range of colours.


I will be on holiday in the Philippines for one more week, this time on a different island about 15KM to the north. Its a lot quiter, with less light polution, so I'm going to keep an eye out for the next few nights in case I can catch anything more.


Finally, you can hear me speaking to a Korean couple that were on the beach watching the UFO with me. They can be heard asking 'What do you think this is?' I say 'I'm not sure, but I saw something similar about 10 years ago. I was looking up at the stars and I something come into view. It was a small white triangle about 1km up in the sky. I watched it for about one and a half minutes. It moved in straight lines, instantly accelerating and decelerating to incredible speeds, changing directions at 90 degree angles. Then it simply flew straight up into the sky and I could'nt see it any longer'. The Korean guy goes on to explain that he saw a similar light in the sky for a long time (half an hour?) a couple of weeks ago. We both go on to say 'yeah, this is a UFO!'.

"Has anyone seen any unusual objects in the skys around Cebu. On my first visit to Cebu my wife and I saw a zig zagging ball of light pulse its way accross the night sky. It stopped and dropped a small ball of light which stopped above a small fishing village and was visible for 30 minutes before shooting skywards. "I saw some lights between cebu and bohol too high to be a boat and too low to be a heli/plane. Made no noise. Had blue pulsing dots (quickly) in a zig zag pattern as you mentioned. It went like /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ across the horizon. The high point and the low point of each zig and zag is where the light would pulse. Saw it for 3-4 minutes until it was out of view. Was coming from the south going inbetween cebu and bohol to the north. It traveled my viewing distance (clear night probably a good 20mile visibility (i could see lights in bohol which is about 25miles away from cebu). I considered it could be a boat closer and quieter than I realized (it was night) however the speed at which it went from south to north was too great to be a boat. New Years Eve 2011 UFO Sighting Laguna, Philippines

"While watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve at our house in Laguna Philippines, a strange orange ball in the sky caught our attention. We thought it was a Chinese lantern at first, but it's strange movements refute this idea. The exact shape of the object cannot be determined, it was globe/ball shaped with an iridescent orange glow. It was flying vertically and slowly, which means this cannot be a plane.

There's even a time it went still for a minute and then creep slowly up into the sky until it's orange glow cannot be seen anymore (our guess is that it exited the earth's atmosphere).

We googled about this strange event and we were pleasantly surprised that this strange sightin is often seen during new year's eve around the world.

Is it related to an Antipolo City UFO Sighting?

"We don't know if this is related ... the VIDEO stated that it happened Monday September 27, 2010 at 7PM.

This morning of September 28, 2010, here at Antipolo City, at 7AM - 8AM in the morning. We had a clear UFO sighting ... it's just unusual that the date of the video posted regarding aliens (assuming) is very close to the UFO sighting we had in our city but only visible at the poblacion. At first we thought that it was a MORNING STAR, but suddenly it moved sideways slowly ... then changing colors from Red to White to YELLOW ...then after ten minutes a PLANE (perhaps one our own) moved in to check the said OBJECT, not once but twice ... then that's the time the OBJECT seemed to be threatened by our plane and slowly flew away, first hiding behind the clouds then finally moving farther and farther until we can't see it.

I am posting this only for curiosity no more no less.

"I saw this ball of energy while I was smoking a cigarette in the 4 story balcony, when I noticed this bright bright light just turn on and it looked like an airplane at night with their headlights on. I was thinking that's odd that airplane is way to low. So I said to myself maybe this plane is going to crash and I though go get the camera. I was able to run inside and grab the camera quick as I was on vacation and was ready to roll. I took notice that at some point, I was like... this can not be what I think it is.
