MANDALUYONG -- On November 2, 2004, at 10 PM, my husband was the one who saw it first, we thought it was a plane but we could not hear any sound from it. We were trying to figure it out. At first it was steady then the thing just suddenly put its lights on. The first light was like the headlight of a car, then there were three red lights. Finally, the last one was a green light that blinks. Suddenly, it flew higher and looked like a saucer and it really moves so quick going up high in the sky.
