December 2002 UFO Sighting Cebu Philippines
"We were on top of this mountain over looking cebu city when I saw this big, bright star that stood out, it changed color as it pulsated first a bright white color and the object seemed to get bigger then it changed color to a kind of reddish orange color and the object seemed to get smaller. I had a camcorder with me and I was watching it go through these changes and it was repeating itself after a couple of seconds as if by rythum, I zoomed in as best I couldwithout distorting the object and I kept it as still as possible. I got some great footage. I dont know what this is, it might be something simple or something extrordinary. We were all calm when I first saw this and mentioned itto everybody, but I was the only one with a camcorder. It just hovered there in one spot didnt make any sounds but as far as judging distance it was more than a mile away, I can't be exactly sure. we watched for about ten minutes then we had to leave and that was the last I saw of it. Id like for someone if your interested to check this out and let me know what this thing was."

Me, my wife and several children also saw a UFO (or a strange moving bright light) on Dec 25, 2002 just after the midnight fireworks. We were celebrating Christmas Eve in Brgy. Crame (beside Camp Crame) in San Juan, Metro Manila. Just after midnight, the sky was still filled with fireworks, a bright light (looks like a very bright star) was slowly travelling across the sky coming from the east towards the west. At first I thought It was an airplane but after staring at the light, it didn't have any blinking lights associated with aircraft. It was just a bright, unblinking light that was moving not too fast and not too slow either. I showed it to my wife who thought it was a firework but it obviously wasn't. Several children among us also noticed it and one suggested it might be a flare with a small parachute but we thought it wasn't since the light wasn't going down but was just traversing horizontally. We followed it for a few more minutes until we could no longer see it. It was a very strange light.
